Zephyr Chairlift Beautification Program

Winter Park Resort announced that they are replacing the Zephyr Express chairlift with a new 10-person gondola, as a part of an extensive capital improvement initiative. Winter Park generously offered 20 chairs each to the Town of Fraser and the Town of Winter Park. The purpose of this program is to turn these pieces of Fraser Valley history into beautiful pieces of public art to be installed at points of interest around the valley. If you are an artist interested in submitting your design, find the application here.

Fraser Valley Community Creative Industries Questionnaire

The Town of Fraser recently established the Fraser Public Arts Committee (PAC). As part of their mission to help expand public arts in the community and foster an environment or creativity and vitality, the PAC is working on development of a comprehensive database of artists and creative industries in the community. It is our hope to use this information to help market our creative industries and grow our local economy. We invite creative industries to complete the questionnaire (DOC). This form can be returned to the Town Clerk, Antoinette McVeigh or in person at:
153 Fraser Avenue
