About
The Town Board has established the Public Arts Committee (PAC) as an advisory committee to the Town on matters related to the arts.
Projects
Fraser Creative Arts Center
The Town of Fraser is working toward the development of the Fraser Center for the Creative Arts on property located east of the Fraser Valley Distillery. Additional information and conceptual designs.
Fraser Mountain Mural Festival
Join us for the Fraser Mountain Mural Festival presented by the Town of Fraser and the Fraser Public Arts Committee (Fraser PAC). On August 6th, 7th, and 8th, 2021. Artists will compete forwards and recognition, by producing their best work on 8ft x 8ft primed panels. The website is Fraser Mountain Mural Festival.
Fraser Mural Program
The goal of the Fraser Mural Program is to use murals to turn ordinary spaces into community landmarks and to help instill a sense of community pride through the arts. The application deadline for the 2020 program is April 20, 2019. 2020 Fraser Mural application and information.
Fraser Sculpture Program
The purpose of the program is the create greater awareness of the arts in Fraser while encouraging economic development through the arts.

Zephyr Chairlift Beautification Program
Winter Park Resort announced that they are replacing the Zephyr Express chairlift with a new 10-person gondola, as a part of an extensive capital improvement initiative. Winter Park generously offered 20 chairs each to the Town of Fraser and the Town of Winter Park. The purpose of this program is to turn these pieces of Fraser Valley history into beautiful pieces of public art to be installed at points of interest around the valley.
