Board of Adjustment
The Board of Adjustment is granted jurisdiction over the granting of variances from the provisions of the Fraser Zoning Ordinance.

Downtown Development Authority Board
The Fraser Downtown Development Authority is responsible for facilitating economic development and redevelopment in downtown Fraser through implementation of a downtown development plant.

Economic Development Advisory Committee
The Town Board has established the Economic Development Advisory Committee (EDAC) as an advisory committee to the Town on matters related to economic development.

Joint Facilities Oversite Committee
The committee provides oversite of the Upper Fraser Valley Wastewater Treatment Plant which is composed of the Town of Fraser, Grand County Water and Sanitation District #1, and Winter Park Water and Sanitation District.

Planning Commission
The Planning Commission may prepare plans and regulations for adoption by it and and the Board of Trustees and shall act in an advisory capacity to the Board of Trustees.

Public Arts Committee
The Public Arts Committee is authorized to explore matters related to all aspects of planning, programming, procurement, installation, operations and maintenance of public arts projects and artworks. PAC is an advisory committee to the Board of Trustees on matters related to the arts.
