Fraser's annual Picnic in the Park kicks off July 2nd and continues through August 27. From 6 to 8 PM, bring your picnic supper and relax to live music in Old Schoolhouse Park next to Fraser Town Hall, 153 Fraser Ave., Fraser, CO 80442

The Town of Fraser, in the past years, has been working to rehab the bridge on County Road 8. Due to significant rust and cracks the structural integrity of the bridge is being compromised and it is now a public safety hazard and is going to be replaced.
The Town, Grand County and CDOT have partnered to replace the bridge.
The Town of Fraser will begin the replacement of County Road 8 bridge Monday August 12th, with anticipated duration of 3 months.

April 1, 2019, is the effective date for retail and food stores in Fraser to begin charging $0.20 per disposable bag provided at checkout.

Three sculptures are on display throughout town - at Grand Park Recreation Center, Goranson Park (at the bus stop on Hwy 40, by Sharky's Restaurant) and at the Fraser Historic Church/Community Center.
