Hello Fraser community members,
As we near the conclusion of updating Fraser’s Comprehensive Plan, we have reached an exciting milestone – a draft version of the Comprehensive Plan document is now available for review and comment! Please view the plan document via the following link: Fraser Forward Comprehensive Plan_DRAFT.
The Town welcomes your thoughts and feedback on the draft plan document via the following online survey: Fraser Comprehensive Plan - Draft Plan Survey. Questions are also welcomed via email to me and Assistant Town Planner Alan Sielaff (cc’ed). The survey will remain open until Friday, December 19th. After the survey closes, the plan will be revised to incorporate public feedback prior to final adoption by our Board of Trustees.
The community is also invited to the following Planning Commission and Board of Trustees meetings, where the Comprehensive Plan will be reviewed, discussed, and adopted. Virtual attendance is allowed at all public meetings via Zoom; agendas will be posted no later than the Friday before the meeting date on the following page on the Town website: Agenda Center • Fraser, CO
- November 12th Planning Commission: initial review and discussion of the Comprehensive Plan document
- January 28th Planning Commission: public hearing for the Comprehensive Plan and recommendation of adoption
- February 4th Board of Trustees: workshop with the Board to review the Comprehensive Plan
- February 4th or 18th Board of Trustees: adoption of the Comprehensive Plan
