The Board of Adjustment consists of five (5) voting members and two (2) alternates. Members of the Planning Commission shall serve as ex officio members of the Board of Adjustment. The members must be resident property owners in the Town of Fraser. The Board of Adjustment is granted jurisdiction over the granting of variances from the provisions of the Fraser Zoning Ordinance.

The Board of Adjustment meets on an as-needed basis at the Fraser Town Hall. Agendas for all public meetings are posted at the Town Hall.
The procedure for requesting a variance is delineated in Section 16-12-30 of the Fraser Municipal Code.
